BeiBei Song is a leadership coach certified by International Coaching Federation and NeuroLeadership Institute for the development of high-performing leaders and professionals, and the Principal of Essinova, a trans-disciplinary academy applying cognitive science and creative practice to leadership development and innovation. She is also a consulting executive educator and Women In Management facilitator at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
She brings to her teaching and coaching 20+ years of prior corporate and entrepreneurial experience in technology, healthcare, sustainability, financial services and media, in the U.S., China and Europe.
Earlier in her career, she was licensed to practice law in China and worked with international law firms in New York and Washington DC as a visiting attorney.
She is a certified Mandarin interpreter for California Superior Courts.
